However, I'm just about done with this mouse. UPDATE: Thanks, /u/BrianReddus for the help below. PC is an Alienware R13 w/ Intel i7-12700KF, 32GB DDR5 RAM, RTX 3080, 750W PSU. I wanted to add that I'm also using Windows 11. Is there any way to fix this and get it working/stable, as I really want to keep this mouse?. I'm using the mouse wired, currently and I've also unplugged it and plugged it back in via the USB cable after the re-install of the software. I have fully uninstalled Engine/GG and reinstalled. Things I have tried so far: Updated the firmware of the dongle and the mouse already (this was part of initial setup). This has also gotten reset a time or two. I even set my left and right tilt on my mousewheel to M4 and MB5 so I can go back/forward on my browser. Once this happens, any changes I made no longer work. But the next time I go into GG/Engine, it sets the RGB back to "Steady". After installed the software, I update my settings (to either Color Shift or Multi-Color breathe) and it works. It will NOT save my Illumination settings to my mouse. However, there's one factor that will determine if I keep it or not - the Engine/GG is awful. I got my new Aerox 9 mouse yesterday and set up this morning and so far, I love how it feels. So, I wanted to post here to get further ideas about my issue, in the meantime…since it’s the weekend and I likely won’t hear back until sometime next week. Hey, all!
